This style has been around, you may have seen them, but for me~my step-mother asked me to make one for her as she wanted something to keep her ears warm, but didn't really like to wear hats. I said "Sure, I'll see what I can come up with.", and the TOPLESS NOGGIN TOPPER came to my collection. These toppers are made the same way as the DOWNHILL style, with the option of tassels.
